The beach is just across the road! ! Our kids absolutely loved the pool! The staff even checked in with us about the weather, which was a nice touch.

the boathouse was a lovely stay! the deluxe suite was super clean and spacious, just a short walk to the beach. we loved being close to panda restaurant, which was fantastic. the outdoor pool added a nice touch for relaxation. the room had great amenities, and the location was perfect with easy access to the garden views.

The Family Room with Garden View was pretty comfy. I loved the full-size fridge and cooktop! The cleanliness stood out, which is always a plus for me. Having power points on both sides of the bed was handy. The pool was amazing too, especially with the shaded areas for the kids. The beach was just across the road, although it didn’t look that inviting on the day we were there, so we drove to Rye instead. It was nice being close to a restaurant and coffee shop as well.
